FAQ

  • Panda Fest is a rain-or-shine event unless severe weather conditions require delay, postponement, or cancellation.

  • Sorry, no outside food or beverages are allowed.

  • Small bags are allowed. Bag checks may occur at the entrance if necessary.

  • Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited throughout the festival grounds.

  • Tickets are non-transferable to other dates.

  • It is preferred all attendees arrive during their specific time slot. However, if emergencies occur, we will try our best to accommodate. Tickets cannot be transferred to a different date.

  • Yes! Many vendors offer vegetarian and vegan options.

  • Yes! We are a family-friendly event.

    • Strollers are allowed.

    • Children ages 6 and up require a ticket.

    • Children under 6 do not need a ticket. They will receive a free headband (pins are not included).

  • Seattle - Service dog only!

    Atlanta, Boston, Philly, Twin Cities- YES!! However, you need to meet the following requests:

    all dogs to be on a leash at all times, be well-behaved, have current vaccinations, wear identification tags,No aggressive behavior and be kept away from food vendors and eating areas;Owner responsibility: Owners are fully responsible for their dog's behavior and any clean-up needed. 

    • Leash requirement: All dogs must be on a short leash and under their owner's control at all times. 

    • Vaccination proof: May require proof of up-to-date vaccinations. 

    • Identification tags: Dogs must wear a collar with proper identification tags. 

    • No aggressive behavior: Dogs displaying aggressive behavior will be asked to leave. 

    • Food area restrictions: Keep dogs away from food vendors and eating areas. 

    • Service animals only: Some festivals may only allow properly trained service animals. 

    Owner responsibility: Owners are fully responsible for their dog's behavior and any clean-up needed.

  • Yes, we have picnic tables available on a first-come, first-served basis. VIP tickets are available and include access to shaded seating, covered areas, and VIP restrooms.

     

  • Yes, alcohol will be available for purchase. Guests must be 21+ with a valid ID.

  • Most vendors accept both cash and credit cards. There are no ATMs on-site.

  • Gate admission is $20. Entry is subject to venue capacity and therefore not guaranteed. Guests holding tickets will be granted priority entry.

    • Roller skates or skateboards

    • Self-defense sprays (pepper spray)

    • We strictly prohibit the use, possession, or consumption of any combustible, vaporized, or aerosolized products on our premises. This includes, but is not limited to: Tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes / e-cigarettes / vaping devices, cannabis / marijuana smoke or vapor, and any form of smoking, vaping, or inhaling substances.
